Job description

We are a team dedicated to designing, developing, maintaining, and improving software for various venture projects, i.e., projects that are adjacent to our core businesses and are bootstrapped quickly with a lean team. You will be actively involved in designing components for scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Design and deploy secure smart contracts using the Anchor framework.
2. Develop DeFi Dapps with web3.js and Solana SDKs, integrating features like liquidity pools and other on-chain components.
3. Optimize on-chain programs for scalability, security, and interoperability.

Requirements :

1. 2+ years focused on Solana (Rust / Anchor / Web3.js).
2. Familiar with Token-2022 standards and metadata configuration for Solana-based assets.
3. Able to implement common patterns (Vault, Escrow, etc.) in Solana account models.
4. Deep understanding of Solana’s account model.
5. Familiarity with security audits and mitigating vulnerabilities in smart contracts.

Preferred Skills :

1. 8+ years of experience / as a Tech Lead in software development.
2. 2-3 years of hands-on Native Solana experience.
3. Experience in one or more Dapps from research, design, development to production lifecycle.
4. Contributions to open-source Solana projects.
5. Knowledge of MEV (Maximal Extractable Value).
6. Experience in a live or previously live Solana dApps project is preferred.
