Requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
Requires 5-10 years experience in Software Engineering or related.
Need for a “systems” thinker with experience in design, development, or I&T of safety critical systems to coordinate V&V guidance system software. Lead the technical effort of independently verifying and validating safety critical software. Must understand V&V process and how it fits into system lifecycle. Staff must be able to independently interpret changes to ConOps and System designs and map these to expected software changes to verify. Must be able to create test plans, requirement verification Test Matrices (RVTMs) and mentor junior staff. Must be able to identify alternative methods of verification and prioritize efforts based on cost, schedule, risk, and availability of test facilities.
Nice to have skills are C, Python, Matlab, Simulink, PowerPC assembly, SIMICs, CI/CD.
Applicants selected for this position will be required to obtain & maintain a government security clearance. Secret Clearance is preferred.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is
$75,000.00 - $245,000.00
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Union ranges will be in compliance with the collective bargaining agreement’s approved rates by location and role.
