Job summary

North Stone is seeking a Software Test Manager in Dayton, OH to lead testing and quality assurance for complex software systems. The role focuses on test planning, design, and execution with close collaboration to customer project teams.

The candidate will develop and maintain test scripts, conduct feature and regression testing, and report test metrics to support release readiness. Strong communication and agile experience are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or MA/MS degree required or 10+ years’ experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience creating and executing test scripts and test plans.
• Experience performing user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination experience across large programs.
• Proficient in agile environments and test tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as testing and QA SME for complex software applications.
• Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle with emphasis on test planning and design.
• Collaborate with client teams to deploy releases and ensure successful launches.
• Create and run feature, regression, and smoke tests; maintain test scripts.
