Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 6 years with a Master’s degree.
• Active DoD Secret clearance with a reinvestigation within the last 6 years.
• At least 1 year leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Command & Control Software Test Team, managing about 20 software and automation test engineers.
• Participate in technical planning, verification and validation, and analyses for element capabilities.
• Create technical reports and present test and analysis results.
