Job summary

DCS Corp is seeking a senior test engineer to act as an expert and participate in planning, conducting and reporting system-level testing at government and contractor facilities. The role focuses on TOCs and C5ISR/TOC testing, with involvement in test design, data analysis, and risk management.

Required: US citizenship, TS/SCI clearance, and a Bachelor’s in engineering with 12 years of progressively complex testing experience on mechanical, electromechanical, and electrical/electronic systems.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and a TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Bachelor's in engineering and a minimum of 12 years of progressively complex experience in testing of complex mechanical, electromechanical and electrical/electronic systems is required.
• DAU certification in Test and Evaluation (desired)

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and conducting functional tests for TOCs in support of the Army PM.
• Summarize, document and report C5ISR/TOC test data and results to stakeholders.
• Participate in TOC working groups and materiel development meetings to develop fielding and testing schedules.
• Develop and produce Test Design Plans for TOC testing and other programs.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and architectures for applications.
• Write, implement and report status for system test cases.
• Analyze test cases and provide regular progress reports.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for testing complex software/hardware applications.
• Participate in all phases of risk management.

Essential Job Functions

• Assists in coordinating and conducting functional tests for Tactical Operations Centers (TOCs) in support of the Army PM;
• Assists in summarizing, documenting, and reporting various C5ISR/TOC test data and results to stakeholders;
• Participate in TOC working groups and materiel development meetings to assist in developing coordinated fielding and testing schedules;
• Assists in developing and producing Test Design Plans for TOC testing and other PEO IEWS programs and transformation initiatives.
• Independently evaluates, selects and applies standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria, and makes minor adaptations and modifications.
• Provides independent and professional support on portions of complex projects.
• Provides professional engineering support with increasing independent accomplishment.
• Develops, maintains, upgrades automated test scripts and architectures for application products.
• Also write, implements and reports status for system test cases for testing.
• Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports.
• Services as a subject matter specialist, providing testing know-how for the support of user requirements of complex to highly complex software/hardware applications.
• Participates in all phases of risk management.

Pay Range and Benefits

Salary Range: $124K
