Job summary

Belay Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Software Engineer to join our intel team in the Baltimore/Columbia, MD area.

You will lead a small team, develop and maintain web apps and backend analytics, and drive high-value workflows in a fast CI/CD environment while engaging with analysts, operators, and developers daily. Role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph, 12 years experience or 4 extra years in place of a BS, and a strong background in Java/Angular and workflow automation.

Qualifications

• Extensive full stack development experience with Java and Angular/JavaScript.
• Experience with non-relational databases.
• Development in a Linux environment.
• Experience with AI-assisted development.
• Leadership experience in teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide high side development expertise.
• Expand on existing workflow automation efforts.
• Develop and maintain web apps to provide analytic and workflow support.
• Develop and maintain backend analytics.
• Operate on and with non-relational databases.
• Emphasize customer communication and gather feedback on project status and results.
• Break down large tasks for team members.
