Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Software Engineer in Test II to support consumer technology initiatives, focusing on test automation and software quality across enterprise applications. The role emphasizes collaboration, design, and continuous improvement in a remote work setting.

You’ll design, develop, and maintain automated tests, mentor teammates, and work with product owners to ensure high-quality releases.

Qualifications

4+ years of software test automation experience.
Proficiency with relational databases and SQL queries.
Experience with Selenium WebDriver is preferred.
Mentoring automation engineers is a plus.
Knowledge of software design patterns and SOLID principles.
Familiarity with Agile or SCRUM software development life cycles.

Responsibilities

Design, development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of software applications and test tools.
Expand knowledge of operations related to assigned projects.
Perform routine automation assignments with minimal supervision.
Develop understanding of assigned applications, standards, and business knowledge.
Design and develop white-box testing of applications.
Provide accurate time estimates of tasks and projects.
Mentor other engineers.
Communicate with product owners and end users.
Maintain familiarity with department methodology.
