Job summary

RAVE Aerospace is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to plan and execute avionics projects, coordinating cross‑functional teams from engineering, operations, and quality to define plans, milestones, and risk mitigation.

You will lead mid‑size programs, own risk assessments, manage supplier relationships, drive design reviews, and develop formal documentation while optimizing processes and tool usage. A Bachelor's in engineering and 6–10 years' related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of electronic systems: boards, mechanical parts, cables, software.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with good organizational skills.

The starting pay range for this position is $112,000 - $127,000 per year however, the base pay offered may vary depending on the level of the position, skills, experience, job‑related knowledge, and location.
