Job summary

PMAT Inc. seeks a Software Systems Integration SME to lead critical software development, integration, and fielding for fleet operations in support of national defense. You will collaborate with senior leaders, engineers, and operators to drive backlogs, specifications, and deployment strategies.

The role requires deep software engineering expertise, DevSecOps and Agile proficiency, and the ability to deliver scalable, end-to-end C2UI capabilities in demanding environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in software engineering, software systems integration, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design, and lifecycle.
• Experience delivering resilient software applications and distributed systems.
• Background in modern development practices and modular architectures.
• Experience supporting DevSecOps and Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the lifecycle for software web applications and C2UI capabilities.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define objectives and backlogs.
• Design and implement software using DevSecOps, SOA, and microservices.
• Develop prototypes and transition successful solutions to operations.
• Ensure interoperability across networks, services, and data systems.
• Mentor engineers and guide teams through complex integration tasks.
• Document solutions with architecture diagrams and specifications.
