Job summary

Vervic Inc. is seeking a Software Systems Engineer for the RepBox MASC-F program supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).

The role involves developing system-level features describing sensor behavior, performance, and acceptance criteria for software implementation by the on-site development team. The candidate will lead a team of multi-contractor radar SMEs and drive feature elaboration, requirements verification, and validation anchored to test data, coordinating with multiple stakeholders

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen residing in Huntsville, AL area or willing to relocate.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field.
• 7+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Experience with MDA Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) or related DoD systems and programming with Python and C++.

Responsibilities

• Develop system-level features and acceptance criteria for software implementation for the development team on-site.
• Lead a team of multi-contractor radar SMEs and coordinate feature elaboration for the software team.
• Ensure requirements verification and validation anchored to test data, coordinating with stakeholders.
