Job summary

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen; reside in or willing to relocate to Huntsville, AL.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related field.
• 7+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Experience in MDA Ground-Based Midcourse Defense or similar systems, software, FQT, requirements decomposition, or related tools.
• Experience with Python and C++.
• Ability to lead a team of SMEs and coordinate stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop system-level features describing sensor behavior, performance, and acceptance criteria to guide software implementation on-site.
• Lead a team of multi-contractor radar SMEs and drive feature elaboration for the software team.
• Ensure requirements verification and validation anchored to test data; support certification of behavioral models.
• Coordinate with contractors and government personnel to meet user needs and project milestones.
