Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Software System Designer to research, design, develop, and test electronic components, software, and systems for semiconductor manufacturing.

You will define specifications, interfaces, and work on OS/kernel level features, memory management, and multi-threading. Remote work is possible with travel not required. Master’s degree in CS/CE/EE or related field is required.

Competenze

• Master's degree required in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience in engineering or design.
• Strong programming and systems skills across C/C++, Python, and OS-level software.

Mansioni

• Design complex frameworks, systems, or products for semiconductor manufacturing.
• Define software/hardware specifications, interfaces, and input/output parameters.
• Contribute to architecture/frameworks used across multiple AMD products.
