Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering, SaaS production support.
• Hands-on debugging across code, databases, and infra.
• Experience with Rails, React/TypeScript, SQL/PostgreSQL; familiarity with AngularJS.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, logging, monitoring, and RCA.
• Knowledge of AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and SSO.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and customer-focused ownership.
• Excellent cross-team communication.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own Tier 3 production support, investigating and resolving escalated issues.
• Troubleshoot code and resolve issues with Rails, React/TS, SQL/Postgres.
• Perform root-cause analysis across apps, databases, and infra.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product, Support to improve stability.
• Develop scripts, tools, and AI-assisted solutions for troubleshooting.
• Contribute to software enhancements and modernization efforts.
• Mentor junior engineers and improve technical docs.
• Share best practices across teams.
