Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of software development or storage QA experience.
• Experience working in remote/ distributed teams and Agile environments.
• Proven delivery of software applications as a QA engineer within a team.
• Strong problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with customers and end users to reproduce issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute software test plans per product feature requirements.
• Apply QA processes and methodologies to validate storage software.
• Contribute to CI/CD test automation pipelines and tooling.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure end-to-end delivery of features.
• Assist field teams with debugging and customer issue recreation.
• Validate web services API integrations and system performance.
