Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a qualified professional to join the Postmarket Investigations team within the Customer Advocacy organization. You will collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, R&D, Clinical, and Process Engineering to investigate software- and device-related postmarket issues and drive continuous improvement in product safety and regulatory compliance.

• Develop and improve complaint investigation processes aligned with risk management activities (hazard analysis, DFMEA, PFMEA).
• Evaluate product performance and investigate anomalies to identify opportunities for improvement.
