Job summary

ASML Germany GmbH in San Jose, CA is seeking a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to lead validation across hardware, software, and system integrations. You will design test strategies, build automated frameworks, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines to ensure robust, scalable solutions.

You will mentor peers, apply root-cause analysis, and drive best practices in testing across a hybrid work environment with three in-office days per week and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent with substantial general work experience.
• Seasoned designer with completion of at least 1 product development cycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies to support product roadmaps.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites.
• Apply root-cause analysis to software quality issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testability and reliability.
• Validate hardware-software integrations in complex systems.
• Drive adoption of software quality best practices and CI/CD integration.
• Review requirements and design documents to identify test coverage gaps.
• Participate in defect triage and resolution activities.
• Establish quality standards and reporting mechanisms.
• Mentor team members on quality engineering methods.
