Job summary

General Dynamics IT is seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance Specialist/Applications Tester to ensure software products meet Sponsor requirements through comprehensive testing, including functional, performance, automated, IV&V, and audit verification.

The role collaborates with developers, product owners, and analysts to deliver high-quality, mission-critical systems. The candidate must hold TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and be willing to work on-site at Tyson's, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance required.
• Location: Tyson's, VA (On Customer Site)

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed test plans, procedures, and acceptance criteria for web, API, and backend components.
• Execute manual and automated regression tests across multiple environments.
• Design, build, and maintain automated test suites using Java, Selenium WebDriver, Maven.
• Translate user requirements into testable criteria and user stories.
• Conduct audit verification by validating system logs and audit records against definitions.
