Qualifications

• 7+ years of software product management experience, including direct experience managing workflow software products.
• Demonstrated experience leading software products through transformational growth cycles.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, particularly for combined hardware/software solutions.
• Experience building or scaling software product management best practices.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across global teams and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Develop software roadmap strategy and integration with hardware product management and engineering.
• Define repeatable best practices for software product deliverables and success metrics.
• Lead Go-To-Market and sales enablement for hardware/software solutions.
• Coach customer success and sales teams on pre-sale nurturing and post-sale implementations.
