Job summary

Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in people management.
Experience designing and operating mission-critical distributed systems at scale.
Ability to influence cross-functional partners and drive alignment.
Strong background in security, compliance, and governance practices.

Responsibilities

Lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management for the team.
Define and communicate team strategy, roadmap, and durable architecture decisions.
Maintain technical credibility and engage in architecture reviews and decisions.
Champion a platform mindset with shared services adopted by other teams.
Drive AI tooling adoption to accelerate delivery velocity.
Partner with product, security, privacy, and compliance stakeholders.
Operate and improve mission-critical production distributed systems.
