The Senior Software Manufacturing Engineer has a comprehensive scope of responsibilities aimed at enhancing production efficiency, reducing costs, improving quality, and troubleshooting production issues. Working cross‑functionally within the company and collaborating with external engineering partners through RFPs, SOWs, and design development is a focus for this role. The Senior Software Manufacturing Engineer bridges software development and hardware production, developing manufacturing tools, scripts, and systems to automate testing, programming, and configuration of our Autonomous Drive Kit. This role engages teams throughout the production process, from supply partners and line‑side support at the integration plant to post‑production service. Leadership responsibilities include leading PFMEAs, participating in safety review activities, and mentoring junior engineers on relevant best practices.

Salary Range: $110,000 – $140,000 USD
