AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Software Developer in Florida (Tallahassee) to join our client office. You will analyze client needs, translate requirements into specifications, and lead code reviews and design for large-scale applications.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years' experience, strong skills in C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, and database design, with the ability to mentor other developers and report to the client office five days a week.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in CS/IT or Eng with licensure and extensive programming experience.
• Experience overseeing design and development of large applications.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Razor Pages, Blazor, REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes client needs and guides project lifecycle for routine to semi-complex projects.
• Translates business requirements into software specifications.
• Leads code reviews and improves review standards.
• Develops Best Practices groups and may lead one or more teams.
• Prepares data documentation for development projects and best practices.
• Leads application design and design patterns for complex requirements.
• Develops customized applications with well-documented code.
• Provides database design insight and manages databases.
