Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co is searching for a Lead Software Developer to craft and deliver cutting-edge software systems. In this role, you will lead a team of 5 to 15 developers to design scalable distributed systems and implement effective CI/CD pipelines using GitHub or Azure DevOps.

The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in C#, React, SQL, and TypeScript, and familiarity with modern engineering practices including AI-assisted tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years in a technical lead or senior engineering role.
• Strong experience developing applications using C# and SQL.
• Experience with developing modern web applications using React and TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of modern software systems.
• Mentor and guide a team of 5–15 software developers.
• Develop and deliver production software using C#, React, SQL, and TypeScript.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub or Azure DevOps.
