Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer who will oversee the development and maintenance of our DevOps processes and infrastructure. This role involves leading a team, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the reliability and security of our systems.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in DevOps, with a strong background in AWS, Linux, and CI/CD tools. We offer a competitive salary range of $160,000-$215,000 plus an annual bonus along with excellent employee benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a DevOps role, including leadership experience.
• Expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.).
• Strong scripting skills for automation.
• Extensive experience with container technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability.
• Collaborate with developers and SRE for system optimization.
