Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software deployment infrastructure.
• Experience with Python, Docker, version control, and backend APIs.
• Extensive experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices using GitLab.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Active Secret security clearance with Top‑Secret eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Architect, code, and maintain scalable applications and backend APIs using Python, Docker, and related technologies.
• Develop, implement, and optimize ML algorithms and software components using LangChain and PyTorch.
• Design, build, and package software for deployment using Kubernetes and containerization.
• Create automated CI/CD pipelines with GitLab and ensure reliable software releases.
• Maintain code quality and security with best practices and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and system integrators across programs.
• Provide mentorship to junior to mid‑level developers.
