You will mentor engineers, own technical outcomes, and coordinate across product, security, implementation, and customers to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable integrations. The role emphasizes HL7/FHIR/NCPDP standards, REST APIs, complex nonstandard integrations, and

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a closely related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible software/integration experience.
• Demonstrated technical-lead experience coordinating work and mentoring engineers.
• Advanced working knowledge of HL7, FHIR, X12, NCPDP, REST APIs, web services.
• Experience designing complex or nonstandard integrations.
• Hands-on experience with interface engines, middleware, or integration platforms.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to analyze logs, diagnose defects, and drive resolutions.
• Ability to establish reusable integration patterns and production-readiness criteria.
• Strong written and verbal communication; stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide formal technical leadership to Software Integration Engineers.
• Own the technical quality and delivery outcomes of integration work.
• Lead customer discovery sessions and translate requirements into technical specs.
• Independently design and approve integration approaches, mappings, APIs and validation rules.
• Design and lead complex integrations beyond standard patterns.
• Serve as primary technical escalation point for integration issues.
• Own and approve technical readiness before production release.
• Conduct formal peer review of integration designs and docs.
• Establish and maintain integration engineering standards and governance.
• Coach engineers on architecture, interoperability standards, and best practices.
