Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between Python software development and automated cloud infrastructure.
• Derive technical requirements, containerize applications, and collaborate across multi‑team projects.
• Ensure system stability and resilience at scale through continuous integration and deployment practices.

Qualifications

• Core Software Engineering experience with Python and strong background in deriving software requirements.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience provisioning and managing resources using Terraform.
• Containerization experience with Kubernetes (K8s) or AWS Elastic Container Service (ECS).
• Direct experience deploying secure, cloud‑native applications within an AWS ecosystem.
• Strong Agile lifecycle experience and a track record of successfully collaborating on multi‑team software projects.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 14 years of experience required; 18 years of relevant experience desired.

Desired Skills

• Experience establishing or optimizing GitLab CI/CD pipeline automation.
• Background designing and deploying complex, full‑scale AWS architecture.
• Familiarity with enhancing cloud stability, resilience, and automated failover strategies.

Compensation

The annual base salary range is $186,000 - $220,000 (USD). This does not include discretionary bonus compensation or benefits.
