In this role, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and architectural direction for a server platform engineering team of 11 engineers, delivering highly scalable, mission-critical distributed systems in support of Apple's sustainability goals. You will directly lead this team, staying technically credible in the underlying code and architecture while driving hiring, growth, and a culture of technical excellence and accountability. You will be cultivating your team's fluency with agentic and generative AI tooling — driving adoption to accelerate delivery velocity and sustain a competitive edge.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $195,700 and $338,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
