Job summary

Google Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager, AI/ML, to own outcomes and shape the technical roadmap across AI initiatives. You will lead engineers across multiple teams, manage project goals, and influence product strategy while developing a high-performance team.

You will work on frontier-level AI problems at scale, coordinating with stakeholders and driving execution across AutoCloud priorities in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience with software development.
• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• 5 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
• 5 years of experience with generative AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Define technical roadmap and accelerate Autonomous, Agentic development, AI-Engineering, and Agent Harness innovations.
• Lead multiple teams across locations and oversee large-scale projects.
• Drive substantial outcomes in the Agentic era by solving novel AI-specific problems at planet scale.
