Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, and related field OR Associates Degree with 6+ years of expereience
• 6 years of application development using a defined modern framework including but not limited to Angular and Java in a distributed environment
• 3+ years using big data tools, such as MongoDB, Elastic
• Strong ownership of overall team deliverables
• Experience in Scrum teams and agile practices
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly

Responsibilities

• Participates in design, development, coding, testing, and debugging new software or significant enhancements to existing software; includes documentation.
• Assists with project planning by providing estimates, task definitions and progress updates across the SDLC.
• Interacts with end users on systems support and debugs production level bugs per SLA; subject matter expert.
• Teaching and mentoring less experienced team members.
