What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and support of applications for the Wealth Management business function
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to team members throughout the software development lifecycle
- Establish and enforce quality standards in software architecture and design
- Collaborate with Architects, Product Managers, and Analysts to fulfill business requirements
- Troubleshoot code defects, data errors, and configuration issues to ensure application performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in software application development and maintenance OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in software application development and maintenance
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on the banking domain
- At least 4+ years of relevant experience designing and implementing solutions on the Microsoft tech stack, including .NET Framework, C#, and Angular
- Proficient in building modern web applications using Angular and related technologies
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices design, and service-oriented architecture
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the banking or financial industry, particularly with secure software development practices
- Hands-on experience with databases such as SQL DB and ETL development
- Familiarity with various architecture patterns and styles, including microservices and event-driven architecture
- Knowledge of Agile principles and experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience using low code software tools like Appian
