The autonomous vehicles verification and validation team is hiring a senior system software engineer to join the evaluation team, with the main focus on improving the evaluation framework to support metric evaluation of vehicle level behavior at scale.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a member of our Autonomous Vehicles Verification & Validation team, you will be working on behavior analysis at scale, using large among of driving logs for metric evaluation
Improve the existing evaluation framework and the data pipeline to support analysis of vehicle behavior on thousands of driving miles per day
Train testing teams to evaluate the behavior of the AV software based on vehicle level requirements, including evaluating the product metrics on the target production vehicles
Leverage cloud computing platforms for large scale metric evaluation and testing
You will collaborate with a diverse team of engineers encompassing the entire NVIDIA Automotive platform. As such, you should have a track record of working well across organizations
What We Need To See:
MS, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
5+ years of work-related experience
You demonstrate excellent Python, C/C++, software design and architecture skills
Familiarity with virtualization technologies and data pipelines
Experience with cloud computing
Ability to write user documentation and technical guides
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Experience with architecting and developing scalable pipelines and workflows to analyze large amount of driving data
