Osmind is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Product Engineering team in the United States. You will contribute to architecture decisions, own end-to-end product challenges, and mentor peers while partnering with Product, Design, and Clinical teams to translate workflows into scalable software that improves patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience shipping complex features in production systems.
• Track record of owning and delivering technical initiatives end-to-end.
• Proficient with AI coding tools as part of daily development.
• Clear communicator who can collaborate effectively across engineering and product stakeholders.
• Passion for improving mental healthcare.

• Own complex product challenges end-to-end—from technical design through shipping to end users
• Support and grow other engineers through code reviews, design feedback, and pairing

• Identify and help drive improvements to technical debt, reliability, and developer experience
• Actively use AI tools in your daily workflow and contribute to team-wide best practices

The Opportunity

$150,150 - $200,000 a year

Depending on experience. The reasonably estimated national salary range for this position is between $150,150-$200,000 per year, plus an equity package for eligible employees. Actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and local cost of labor.
