The role responsibilities include:

1. Design and develop the 'Leica Look & Feel' with an emphasis on usability and architecture.
2. Derive software workflows from customer requirements.
3. Select and implement design patterns for GUI libraries.
4. Develop software using C# and WPF, adhering to project and process standards.
5. Ensure high-quality standards in collaboration with QA.
6. Create software specifications and documentation.

Qualifications required:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Natural Sciences, with extensive software development experience.
• Experience in UI development, preferably with WPF.
• Creative UI design ideas.
• Proficiency in C# and familiarity with modern software development tools and methods.
• Good command of English and German.
