Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS or related STEM field with 6+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience delivering end-to-end software projects in a scalable environment.
- Strong understanding of rating and pricing platforms (Earnix preferred).
- Proven ability to lead engineering teams and mentor engineers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration across stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead an engineering team and drive delivery outcomes.
- Own system design, cost, and feasibility within standards.
- Collaborate with product ownership on outcomes and priorities.
- Guide complex analysis and development across rating systems.
