Aperio Global is seeking an experienced Senior Developer to design and deliver analytics at scale. You will work with data scientists and end users to build tools that advance discovery and tradecraft, integrating with customer architectures.

The role requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and a strong background in big data, ML/AI, and modern software engineering practices. This is an on-site opportunity in Fort Meade with competitive compensation and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 11+ years of relevant experience.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• Experience with Jupyter Notebooks, Java MapReduce and Python PySpark.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Gitlab and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Data Science, ML, AI and LLMs.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with data scientists and mission analysts to solve strategic problems.
• Prototype, develop, integrate, test, and deploy analytics tools into customer architecture.
• Apply big data techniques and ML/AI models to analytical workflows.
