Onyx Point, Inc. seeks a senior software engineer with active TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Poly clearance to lead development of microservices on Linux using Java and Spring.

You will work with Docker, containerd, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus, and manage source control with Git. Ideal candidates have 20+ years of SWE experience in similar programs, a CS degree, and the ability to thrive in an Agile, multi-disciplinary team.

Formación

• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
• Design and code new software or modify existing software to add features.
• Debug existing software and correct defects.
• Integrate software into new or modified systems or environments.
• Develop data queries for databases or data repositories.
• Provide recommendations for improving documentation and processes.
• Develop or implement algorithms to meet performance standards.
• Assist with testing procedures for software components.
• Write or review software documentation.
• Lead a software development team when applicable.
• Coordinate software installation and monitor equipment function.

Responsabilidades

• Design, code, and test software components as part of a larger project.
• Collaborate with system and hardware engineers to define interfaces and performance targets.
