Qualifications

• Requires active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• DoD 8140/8570 compliant security certifications required (Security+ CE or equivalent).
• Bachelor's and nine+ years experience; or Master's seven+ years; PhD/JD four+ years.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, code, test, deploy, and improve desktop and web-based solutions on Microsoft platforms (C#, .NET, ASP.NET).
• Perform custom software development when commercial solutions are unavailable.
• Ensure code follows USG IA and security standards.
• Design and manage middleware for data exchange between applications and systems.
• Troubleshoot middleware/infrastructure issues and optimize performance.
