Job summary

Nightwing is seeking a Software Engineer to develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems on-site. Candidates must have an active TS/SCI with Poly and a strong background in software development and team leadership.

Role involves design, testing, and collaboration across teams to meet mission requirements. Experience with large data processing, real-time systems, and advanced analytics is preferred.

Qualifications

• 12+ years as a SWE on programs with similar scope
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Four additional SWE years may substitute for a bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
• Debug existing software and fix defects.
• Design, develop and modify software to add features.
• Oversee one or more software development teams.
• Coordinate software installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure operational specifications are met.
