BI Incorporated, a leader in electronic monitoring solutions, is hiring a Senior Software Engineer in Boulder, CO. You will design, develop, and mentor within an Agile Scrum team to deliver robust software solutions.

The role requires strong C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Angular, and SQL Server skills, plus a track record of leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years hands-on software development experience.
• 2+ years development experience in an Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of OO, SOA and security best practices.
• Proficient with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core; Angular, HTML5, jQuery; Xamarin.
• Experience with Visual Studio and Windows Server; SQL Server 2012+; EF; Telerik/Crystal Reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify software solutions of high complexity within an Agile Scrum framework.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and System Administration.
• Ensure quality controls and testing strategies.
• Lead or mentor lower level software engineers where applicable.
• Stay current with new technologies and best practices.
