Polluxa, Inc. seeks a seasoned Software Engineer to lead a growing team and shape the delivery of client-facing components built with ReactJS, Java, and cloud services. You will mentor engineers, drive architecture decisions, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 1–2+ years in a leadership or team lead capacity.
• Experience with AWS Lambda, ECS, SQS, Kinesis as well as Sendgrid, Postfix and Terraform.

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and collaboration.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code—setting the standard for technical excellence within the team.
