Base pay range

$140,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

This role is 60% leadership and architecture, 40% hands-on development, requiring a strong understanding of .NET Core/.NET 5+ (currently using .NET 9), C#, APIs, Azure, and CI/CD pipelines. You will guide the team through technical decisions, software design patterns, and best practices, ensuring we build scalable, efficient, and maintainable solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead technical discussions and architectural decisions, ensuring the right patterns and practices are used.
• Mentor and guide developers, helping them grow their skills and understanding of best practices.
• Collaborate with the team—no task is "below you"; we value leaders who are hands-on and adaptable.
• Make strategic technical decisions, balancing short-term needs with long-term scalability.
• Jump into challenging situations, troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed.
• Develop and refine APIs, optimize cloud architecture, and enhance CI/CD workflows.
• Work with Azure—deep experience with Azure Data Blocks is a plus.
• Bonus: Experience with Angular is a strong plus.
