Dynanet Corporation is seeking a Senior Software Engineer & Team Lead to guide the design, modernization, and operational reliability of large-scale platforms. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in software/systems engineering, strong SRE background, and expertise in IaC, CI/CD, and security-driven architectures.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional software/systems engineering experience, including experience in a technical teamlead capacity.
Demonstrated success leading large-scale modernization/transformation programs.
Strong background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and principles.
Hands-on experience across AWS and Azure, including multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud architecture and design.
Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools: Terraform and Ansible.
Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
Familiarity with application security testing tools such as Veracode, and security-driven architecture practices.

Responsibilities

About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer & Team Lead with8+ years of experience to guide the design, modernization, and operational reliability of our large-scale technology platforms. This individual will split time between hands-on engineering and technical leadership — mentoring a team of engineers while driving enterprise-wide modernization initiatives across hybrid AWS and Azure environments. The ideal candidate combines deep site reliability engineering (SRE)expertise, a security-first architectural mindset, and fluency in modern automation and AI-enabled engineering practices.

Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Team Management

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers, setting technical direction, conducting code reviews, and supporting career development.

Site Reliability Engineering

Own reliability engineering practices including SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, incident response, on-call rotations, andconstructiveafter-actionplans
Design for high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery across distributed, multi-cloud systems.
Build observability and monitoring capabilities to proactively identify and resolve system risks.

Cloud, Automation & AI

Architect and implement solutions across AWS and Azure, including multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud environments.
Build andmaintaininfrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, and GitHub Actions.
Champion adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools and practices to improve developer productivity and operational efficiency.
Automate manual operational processes to reduce toil and improve system reliability.

Security-Driven Architecture

Embed security-by-design principles into architecture anddevelopment oflifecycles.
Conduct and act on static/dynamic application security testing using tools such as Veracode.
Ensure compliance with organizational security, governance, and risk management standards across cloud and on-premises environments.

Required Professional Skills

8+ years of professional software/systems engineering experience, including experience in a technical teamleadcapacity.

Strong background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and principles.

Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with observability platforms (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk).
Background in regulated or enterprise environments with formal change management and compliance requirements.
