Role Description

As a senior engineer on our Swift on Server team, you will develop and enhance libraries, tooling, and workflows for large-scale, critical services. Collaboration across teams is essential to define, implement, and realize our shared vision.

Ideal candidates will possess strong engineering and communication skills, a passion for quality and excellence, and the ability to understand complex systems. Experience in the Swift open source ecosystem and distributed systems is highly desirable.

Minimum Qualifications

1. 5+ years of server-side development experience with strongly typed languages
2. Experience with Swift, Java, Scala, Go, Rust, C/C++, Objective-C, or C#
3. Knowledge of concurrent programming and distributed systems
4. Experience with Cloud Native technologies and cloud providers
5. Designing and maintaining libraries and APIs
6. Familiarity with dependency management, build processes, and CI/CD
7. Excellent communication skills for collaboration across teams and management

Preferred Qualifications

1. Contributions to Swift and its ecosystem
2. Experience maintaining open-source libraries

Pay & Benefits
