Job summary

Senior Software Engineer at Jefferson is responsible for designing, building, and scaling ServiceNow SPM capabilities across portfolio planning, resource and demand management, timecarding, and digital portfolio tracking.

You will lead technical implementation of resource management workflows, integrate with MS Teams, and mentor other engineers to raise development practices, ensuring a stable and secure ServiceNow environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, or related field; 5+ years of software development experience.
• 7+ years of software development experience, with distributed systems and cloud platforms.
• Strong hands-on ServiceNow experience including scripting (JavaScript/Glide), Flow Designer.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale ServiceNow SPM solutions across Portfolio, Program, Project, Demand, and Resource Management.
• Lead technical implementation of resource management workflows, including MS Teams integration.
• Develop timecard management and project management capabilities for strategic programs.
• Drive automation and governance to keep SPM modules stable and secure.
