Job summary

Jobtailor in Burlington, MA is seeking a software engineer to co-design a software suite that runs end-to-end workflows for JCI’s Stack Forging manufacturing process. You will develop 3D algorithms to improve part accuracy and support removal, taking products from requirements to production code.

You’ll work in an agile environment with C++, OO design and design patterns, focusing on 2D motion and path planning, collaboration, and code quality improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with computational geometry or an adjacent field.
• Experience in C++: OO design and development, design patterns, and other software development methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
• 5+ years of industry experience building, testing, and shipping high-quality production code.
• Experience developing in an agile production code environment.
