Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, SE, CE, or related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in C++, C#, Python or Java.
• Experience with OO programming and software development methodologies.
• Knowledge of testing, debugging, and version control (Git).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software for simulation and training systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement software solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable code following coding standards.
• Participate in full SDLC: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects and performance issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Support integration with hardware systems and simulation platforms.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality.
