Intuitive, a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Simulation & ML Platform in San Francisco. You will build software platforms that generate simulation data and support ML development for robotic motion AI, collaborating with data scientists and ML teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of software for simulation, ML, robotics, or autonomous systems.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one other language (C++, Java, or TypeScript).
• Experience building data-intensive apps and backend/platform systems.
• Familiarity with API design, data modeling, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Docker, Linux, testing, observability, and deployment.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain software infrastructure for robotic simulations & ML.
• Architect scalable pipelines for synthetic data generation and tools.
• Develop validation pipelines for simulation platforms and NVIDIA AI ecosystem.
• Create AI-assisted workflows for code refactoring and CI/CD optimization.
• Define reusable abstractions for robot configurations and sensor data.
• Build tools for scientists to define experiments without low-level code changes.
• Develop GPU-enabled containerized environments for simulation and inference.
• Collaborate with controls, embedded, systems, and robotics engineers.
