Job summary

Necessary Ventures is seeking a seasoned embedded software engineer to develop high-quality C++ applications for edge devices in autonomous vehicle projects. You will work on sensor integration and data capture, enabling reliable operation across a fleet of embedded Linux devices.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in CS or EE and at least five years of experience, with hands-on ROS and IPC middleware knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience with automotive sensor technologies and IPC middleware (ROS).

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality C++ software for edge devices in autonomous vehicles.
• Ensure system reliability, fault tolerance, and performance monitoring across large fleets of embedded Linux devices.
• Collaborate with hardware and sensor teams to integrate LiDAR, Radar, Camera, and GNSS sensors.
