Job summary

IRIS is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead technology programs, own end-to-end delivery, and mentor teammates. The role focuses on payroll and HR features, cross-functional collaboration, and cloud-based system architecture.

Remote work from anywhere, with UK business hours alignment and permanent full-time employment. Candidates should have a proven track record of 8+ years in software development across client and server sides, hands-on CI/CD experience, and strong cloud knowledge

• Proficient in at least 1 programming language such as C# .Net for desktop and cloud systems.
• Wide range of experience with and knowledge of cloud systems
• Experience with IaaS and SaaS Cloud Architecture, such as Azure, Amazon web services
