Primary Responsibilities:
- Technologist and evangelist for technology transformation, involved in developing products based on microservice architecture with front-end using Java full stack, Spring Boot, Kafka, Azure AKS, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, GraphQL, Azure Cloud, Angular 8+, React & Typescript.
- Design patterns and performance optimization of services.
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding across multiple technical areas through experience and education.
- Lead by example as a hands-on engineer with developers.
- Build production-ready features adhering to best engineering standards.
- Share knowledge internally and act as a resource within areas of expertise.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and architects to develop prototypes into production features.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers.
- Manage work allocation to scrum team engineers.
- Ensure timely delivery of team commitments.
- Break down features into manageable user stories.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or higher.
- 8+ years in Java/J2EE software development with Spring, multi-threading, caching.
- 4+ years in designing and deploying scalable microservices with containers and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- 4+ years in Agile and DevOps practices.
- 4+ years in software engineering best practices, performance tuning, and pattern design.
- 4+ years working with event sourcing, streaming data, and complex event processing.
- 4+ years developing backend data load services for RDBMS.
- 4+ years with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and version control systems like GitHub.
- Experience leading engineers in Scrum teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience developing cloud services with AKS and Azure Functions.
- Hands-on with Angular 8+, React, and Typescript.
- Understanding of GraphQL and data modeling.
- Exposure to distributed tech like Kafka, Spark, Elasticsearch.
- Experience with Azure cloud native technologies.

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually, based on full-time employment, with compensation factors including local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications. We offer comprehensive benefits, incentives, stock options, and a 401(k).
